Question by Faith: why does my family over react about me (Not wanting to be with men) anymore after divorce?
why its big deal for them that i become the one i used to be before divorce???
someone of them advised me to go to seek for help (dont think its rude but i laugh at their faces and mock)
what am i going to say to the Dc
that i m no more interested in movies/sex/romance/relations and i like to be heartless beast(so he would give me a pill and hey i will see the pink world again)
are they serious?

maybe they are just old fashioned in their thinking and think you cant be happy without a man, or look after yourself

    Not a whole lot of information here. Are you a only child? Have you considered they are sad because they love you? Are they hoping to have grandchildren? Parents like to believe they can fix all their kids problems. Somethings only come from time, and in time you will find someone to make you feel special again.

    It’s normal that you have that type of reaction to romance imagery, especially in the wake of a failed relationship. It takes awhile to heal enough to be able to comfortably hear love songs, see sappy movies, or other things like that. This is normal, but your friends want to hurry the process along because they’re worried about you. Still, it takes what it takes…let it, so the healing can be fully realized. In the meantime, how do you feel about horror movies?
